Radio Spaceshuttle International (Finland)

Radio Spaceshuttle International, a free radio (pirate) station in Finland, was received on 15.880 kHz (USB mode), from 11.00 UTC onward, on 9  March 2013.  Signal was weak, yet audible, just above atmospheric noise. At 11.00 UTC, music  -- what sounded like "World Music" -- with intermittent talking  from a male DJ between songs was observed.  Broadcast was monitored, off and on, up until 16.00 UTC.  Reception (SINPO) was 14221 for most of the transmission. Audio quality never rose much above the noise, except after 15.30 UTC when quality improved.slightly to 24322.

A reception report was emailed on the same day. Dick at Radio Spaceshuttle confirmed the report minutes later with this message: "Many thanks. Shall prepare a QSL for you, and yes, we played px "Artems World Music" from around 10:15-11:20 UTC. Some promotionals and then Spaceshuttle-CoolAM 11:29- 12:30 UTC." This eQSL arrived on 21 March 2013.
